Yes. Before I start, I create a full backup of your site (files and database). Your content and design remain safe. I only remove malicious code and restore clean WordPress files.
No one can promise 100% protection, but I apply strong measures and security policies to reduce the likelihood of future hacking attempts.
Your hosting server’s security also plays a very important role.
I need admin access to WordPress and access to the hosting server control panel (such as cPanel or Plesk). Your credentials are 100% secure and used only for the job. If you prefer, you can simply create a temporary account for me.
I download your site locally into a secure environment (Virtual Machine) and scan it with specialized tools. Then I manually review all suspicious files, non standard WordPress files, and custom code. I also check the database for malicious entries. Once verified, I upload the clean files and database back to the server and test everything.
The most common reason is when the database is severely corrupted or non functional and there is no usable backup available. In such cases, full recovery may not be possible.
